Salary: $76.00 USD Hourly - $85.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Overall Responsibilities:

• In this role, you'll be responsible for driving marketing for our Duet AI offerings across Cloud including Developer, Security, Data, and API Management.
• You have and will continue to build a strong technical aptitude, leadership skills and business acumen. You must be able to generate high-impact ideas, clearly prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive them to completion.
• Success in this role will require the development of strong working relationships and interactions with customers, senior leaders, engineering teams, and other product and marketing groups.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead a X-functional team of core Product Marketing Managers and drive the overall marketing strategy & execution for Duet AI. Partner closely with the PM, sales, and partner teams to create a comprehensive strategy and global marketing plan.
• Develop messaging and marketing initiatives that align with the different types of buyers/users of our cloud products and solutions (e.g., CIOs, business buyers, developers)
• Work with the product teams to promote launches and ensure current and new products are positioned effectively in the market.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g. campaigns, demand gen, field teams, events) to drive and execute global marketing initiatives.
• Oversee outcomes, metrics, and reporting with internal and external partners, and develop strategies and content for Cloud executives.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with Data analytics, data management, AI, no-code, and related cloud solutions.
• Experience leading a high-performance team and working cross-functionally with internal teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required:

• Ability to keep up with the pulse of industry trends, with an eye on the AI, no-code development, and automation landscape to discover what's new, what competitors are doing, and which innovations are around the corner.
• Demonstrated narrative and storytelling abilities that propel adoption and market momentum; a track record of bringing innovative, industry-leading, category-defining tech products to market.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management.
