General Purpose of the Job

The Marketing Specialist will join Everside Health's field marketing team to develop and coordinate Everside's on-the-ground marketing and engagement strategy in the western region of the U.S.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Champion on-the-ground activities to support health center launch and ongoing engagement efforts in California, Arizona, and Nevada to union members and their covered family members
• Create and attend ongoing series of events in key local markets to engage members - including in-person, virtual and grassroots events
• Foster relationships with key strategic partners to promote Everside health centers and drive engagement
• Generate creative opportunities for Everside awareness and visibility in key local markets
• Create content for marketing materials
• Analyze data and prepare monthly reports on client engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to reach engagement goals
• Lead local grassroots social media efforts to position local health centers, practice staff, events and special promotions

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout California, Arizona and Nevada
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or communications, required
• 2-3 years of directly related professional experience in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
• Labor union knowledge, required
• Currently residing in California, required. Southern California, preferred
• Local market expertise in California
• Ability to articulate and present plans with confidence to senior level clients and comfortable interacting with members/patients
• Strong execution capability with a focus on driving results
• Highly analytical and strategic consultative teammate who can plan and execute
• Ability to think outside the box and innovate with creative marketing strategies
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams
• Collaborative team player who can build relationships and work productively with cross-functional teammates​

Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
