Our continued growth has created an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work on project teams to win new business, develop new products and review high quality drawings & documentation.

In this highly visible position in our Engineering department you will:

* Ensure on time delivery of new products through timely documentation release and factory floor support
* Control manufacturing costs by employing effective manufacturing methods and fixtures
* Supervise the development of machining, brazing and welding fixtures.
* Work with subject matter experts in machining, brazing, heat treating and welding to implement processes that meet customer requirements and cost/quality goals.
* Review drawing packages and conduct tolerance analyses versus customer requirements
* Generate and maintain high quality assembly documentation
* Process engineering change notices
* Present new product manufacturing process (tooling, drawings & work instructions) to senior engineers and managers at manufacturing process reviews.
* Conduct process failure analyses to determine root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
* Develop cost estimates for new product quotations
* Research, design and develop more efficient work flows, methods and equipment. Including but not limited to robotic automation, vision systems, sensors and new capital equipmen
