Description: The Judge Group is searching for a Mechanical Engineer to support the company's exceptional growth with plant engineering, capacity planning and facility projects in Central Florida. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Study and Analyze all equipment and manufacturing process from beginning to end
• Partner with engineering team on all new equipment and new production line installation projects
• Use engineering system to study equipment and reliability of equipment
• Offer advice on improvement of equipment or manufacturing processes
• Train mechanics or technicians on new equipment
• Collaborate with corporate engineering on best practices spread across all plants
• Participate in plant meetings about efficiencies and report out equipment changes or upgrades to the plant senior leadership

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related
• 2+ years of any engineering experience in manufacturing
