The Medical Simulation Assistant will assist in organizing and delivering CMS' in person and online teamwork, crisis resource management, train-the-trainer and other educational courses and consulting services utilizing simulation technologies such as manikins, standardized patients, computer simulations and/or online platforms/technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. The Medical Simulation Assistant will also provide assistance, as directed, with CMS' social media, marketing and sales efforts.Minimum of Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a medically related field or certificate program.Preferred BS or BA in engineering, education, allied health, or related field.The individual needs to be tech-savvy.Good understanding of, and ability to troubleshoot, computers, audio-visual equipment and other technical equipment such a mannequins, etc.Ability and willingness to be an actor (role-play) in simulations.Familiarity with/ability to learn online software platforms - Zoom , Microsoft Teams, etc.Familiarity with/ability to learn how to use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. High level of creativity, excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detailExcellent planning and organizational skillsFlexible - willingness to change course on the fly, take initiative and adapt to new ideasTeam playerEEO Statement
