Position: Medical Lab Tech or Medical Technologist

Hours: Night Shift 6:00pm-4:30am Monday -Thursday

Location: Barrow

* Sign-on Bonus of $3,000 offered for qualified experienced Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician *

What you will do:

Responsible for prioritizing testing procedures and completing those procedures in an accurate and timely manner to facilitate rapid patient recovery. Responsible for maintaining proper accurate records of all tests done in accordance with Joint Commission requirements. This position will care for patients in the adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups. Employee performs clinical duties in accordance with population specific guidelines and adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as outlined in policy and procedures.

What you will need:

• ASCP, NCA, or AMT.
• Meets the requirements of the State of Georgia
• Associates in Medical Lab or B.S. in Medical Technology or a related science Toxicology: accreditation by an approved agency or the HEW certification
