What You Need for this Position BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of:

- Estimating (mechanical and civil preferred)
- MEP trades including HVAC and plumbing projects
- Experience with FastPIPE, FastDUCT, QuickPen, Excel or similar
- Evaluating project plans and bid documents
- Reviewing material take-offs
- Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors
- Labor, material and equipment estimates
- CAD
- Mechanical Construction
