What You Will Do:

As the Manager, IT Enterprise Networks at Panduit, you'll spearhead the alignment of our IT vision with strategic business objectives while overseeing the global development of network technology standards. Your role will involve managing a team dedicated to delivering top-tier IT network infrastructure solutions, all geared towards achieving measurable outcomes and upheld by robust metrics and governance controls. Responsibilities include:

• Manage and support IT processes for the Enterprise Network team, ensuring seamless operation.
• Lead a team of technical professionals to fulfill IT service delivery commitments efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure proper testing and quality implementation of IT technology solutions to meet end-user requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure IT strategy aligns with corporate objectives and enhances business operations.
• Engage in advisory board and governance activities to oversee IT services delivery, including change management and data quality assurance.
• Develop enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics to drive value for the organization.
• Measure service performance, focusing on uptime and availability, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Uphold cybersecurity standards across all operations and reinforce them within the team.
• Provide annual budgetary needs and take proactive measures to stay within budget constraints.

What You Will Bring

• Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience considered.
• Preferred Degree: MBA or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Years of Experience: 8-10 years.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in leadership, adept at building relationships across various levels. Proven track record in delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Cisco Systems, Palo Alto, and SD-WAN. ACI and ISE knowledge preferred.
• Travel Availability: Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
