Description: Our client is currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Design Consultant

Position's Overview: Microsoft 365 Technical Design Consultant.

Position's General Duties and Tasks: Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant (Tenant) - OneDrive, Yammer, Security

The Microsoft 365 Senior Architect (Tenant) provides onsite and remote services directly to customers to help them plan, design, and implement the use of Microsoft 365 solutions throughout the customer's enterprise. The consultant will use their experience across the Microsoft 365 offering to develop comprehensive solutions to achieve the client's desired results. Microsoft Senior Architect will be able to solution and scope programs and projects of any size, including resource needs, technologies, and methodologies.

Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day)

• Develop Solutions for complex infrastructure projects related to Microsoft 365

• Develop Statement of Work and resource plan for Complex projects related to Microsoft 365

• Meet with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all project and business needs have been incorporated into solutions.

• Present proposed solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Manage strategic engagements while providing exceptional customer service on Microsoft 365 planning and migration projects

• Assume leadership on engagements and work without direct supervision, interfacing with customer IT and business-function leaders

• Develop and present comprehensive analysis and documentation of the customer's current state of operations and recommendations for Microsoft 365

• Develop supporting documentation

• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance

Basic Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• O365 Design and Deployment in Large Enterprise (5+Years)

• Experience with ADFS and Azure ADFS (5+ years)

• Experience Configuring OneDrive, Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Yammer (5+ Years)

• Experience Deploying Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs (10+ years)

• Experience Designing Enterprise Active Directory solutions (10+ Years)

• Experience with Large Enterprise Active Directory Support (10+ Years)

CONSULTING SKILLS

• Business case analysis (10+ years)

• Technical writing whitepapers or findings reports (10+ years)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Proven success under aggressive schedules and ambiguous direction

• Strong interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, analytical and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to elicit customer requirements, define limits to project scope and develop contract documentation

Travel: This is a remote position and requires someone who can travel up to 25%.

Degree: Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience is preferred

Languages: English

• Quest Migration Manager Experience

• MCSA Windows Server

• Microsoft O365 Messaging Experience
