RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in Waltham, Massachusetts (MA) is seeking to hire a remote Microsoft Teams Support Engineer. Our CT-based global manufacturing client is looking to add to their team to provide technical support of Microsoft Teams and other O365 applications.Responsibilities include:
  • Microsoft Teams Support Engineer will provide escalated L3 for issues on software, application, and network in the Microsoft Teams environment
  • Assist with L2 support tasks such as password refresh, user provisioning, etc.
  • Microsoft Teams Support Engineer will oversee, and update assigned support service requests


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Support O365, Office 365, and Office 2016
  • Support Azure Active Directory to create or delete accounts, password resets, etc.
