Position Summary

***This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.***MAG Aerospace is hiring for a Mission Planning Trainer to support the U.S. Navy's Strike Planning and Execution Systems Program Office (PMA-281). This position will provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products for acquisition and life cycle sustainment of PMA-281 Weapon Systems.

Position requires a candidate who was a Naval/ Marine Corps Aviator or Naval Flight Officer in an F/A-18, V-22, MH-60 or equivalent aircraft.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provide subject matter expertise for the development and delivery of training for Mission Planning system upgrades.
  • Evaluate and provide observations of systems performance.
  • Coordinate training events with Fleet representatives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of on site training teams.
Requirements

Qualifications:Experience
  • In the past had been a Designated Naval Aviator (NA) OR Naval Flight Officer (NFO)
  • In the past had been a Designated CVW Strike Leader OR CVW Mission Commander, OR Division Leader
  • Must have Seven (7) years of experience as a Naval Aviator OR NFO
  • Must have Four (4) years of experience in mission/strike planning
Education
  • BA or BS degree
Clearance
  • ACTIVE Top Secret / SCI
