What we offer:

• 12-hour shifts 6:45am - 7:00pm or 6:45pm - 7:00am its a 2-2-3 schedule - you would only work 14 days out of the month which gives days during the week for personal business and appointments
• Your schedule: Week 1: work Mon - Tue, off Wed - Thurs, work Fri- Sat- Sun ~ Week 2: off Mon - Tue, work Wed - Thurs, off Fri - Sat - Sun
• Paid weekly
• Paid lunches and breaks

• Steel shoe reimbursement ($150) on hire. You can also get them when the Vulcan Shoes truck is onsite twice a year (you would be responsible for anything over $150)

What you'll do:

• Preventative maintenance of assigned equipment to procedures and work instructions
• Communicate with supervisors, quality assurance technicians, packers, molders, PMV operators and all others associated with production related functions to ensure efficient operation of either injection or compression molding process
• Familiar with and proficient in all injection or compression molding work instructions and associated forms and documents
• Ensure closures are produced that meet quality requirements on assigned equipment
• Demonstrate the ability daily to resolve various quality or production issues through effective changed to the molding process
• Monitor cavitation and resolve issues without reducing overall equipment effectiveness
• Meet plant efficiency and scrap goals using a methodical approach to production and quality
• Demonstrate the ability to perform relevant mechanical and calibration tasks as required

What you'll need to have:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years related experience in a manufacturing /maintenance environment
• Good communications skills
• Knowledge of shop math (Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.)
• Computer Knowledge
