As a Mortgage Admin at our client site, you will be responsible for completing required tasks to establish, update, and maintain customer files in a timely manner based on standard operating procedures.
Job Duties Include:
· Process all documents received via email in a timely manner.
· Review and analyze search notes.
· Prepare all required documents prior to and following closings.
· Process premiums and remittance payments.
· Enter appropriate information in system based on departmental guidelines and procedures.
· Attain an understanding of the title industry in terms of job knowledge and industry-related methods and practices.
· Contribute to the department's teamwork efforts: Participate in group sessions, promote a positive environment, represent the company and department in favorable manner, and support management's decisions
