We are based in Northern California and we specialize in new construction multi-family housing projects. Our Projects range between $50 - $150 million dollars and we have been around since 1922!
What You Will Be Doing - Lead a team of Subcontractors and contractors
- Provide a 2 week look-ahead
- Read Design and engineering plans
- Be the leader of the job site
What You Need for this Position - 10+ yrs of Multi-Family construction experience
- Project experience between 50 - 100 million
- Procore experience is preferred
What's In It for You - Competitive Base Salary $120,000 - $160,000
