Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a National Senior Sales Engineer to nationally support our new and developing markets. Focused growth will be built on training, strategy development, sales enablement and relationship building with key internal stakeholders. This position will report to the Commercial Director and align with the Regional Senior Managers to ensure all members of the Sales team are actively supported to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for national sales budgeted growth and expansion.
  • Drive sales in new and developing markets.
  • Focus and optimize Sales strategies with product, geography, and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate activities and collaborate closely with local Oldcastle Sales team(s) to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Focused growth in treatment and green infrastructure as well as detention solution markets.
  • Determine strategies related to new product releases in key and developing markets.
  • Implement strategies and trainings with Stormwater Consultants to close orders and build backlog.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders/accounts.
  • Train Sales to effectively deliver technical presentations resulting in new opportunities.
  • Train Stormwater Consultants to generate quality specifications and sales leads to grow revenue.
  • Coordinate regulatory and product management trainings and efforts to support territory growth.
  • Acting technical resource for implementation of go-to market strategies and product placement.
  • Perform market research and stay current on industry trends.
  • Assist in identifying and researching new products, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
  • Must have a valid Driver's license
  • 25-50% travel
