Business Analyst - Microsoft D365

Nucor Buildings Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to contribute to our fast-paced, innovative, and enthusiastic team. Basic Job Functions:

In this role, you will be collaborating on Microsoft Dynamics 365 system processes, and translating business requirements into scalable solutions, among other key responsibilities which include:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Support: Collaborate in the design, documentation, and maintenanceofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 system processes.
• Financial and Operational Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance and operations.
• Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions.
• Functional Design: Design cohesive solutions leveraging functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitatediscussions with stakeholdersto extract critical business requirements and present technical solutions.
• Process Optimization: Maximize automation and process effectivenessthough technical expertise.
• Best Practice Integration: Provide functional design documents incorporatingcurrent best practices and solution alternatives.
• Project Management: Manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Report on technical issues and make recommendations to IT supervisorsand users.
• Quality Assurance: Preform quality assurance and data governanceactivities.
• Change Management: Manage processchange requests effectively.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline. An equivalent combination of experience and education is also acceptable.
• At least 2-3 years of experience performing as a Business Analyst or Business Analyst responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in steel or metal related industry.
