What You Will Be Doing Install & upgrade computer components and software.
Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, workstations and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors. Running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
Provide documentation and technical specifications to Project Team and Manager
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved.

Consistent hand and finger dexterity necessary to operate computer equipment
" Consistently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and see
" Routine use of hands to type
" Occasional need to stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch
" Occasional need to walk around the office
" Consistent vision abilities required; close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
" May require travel dependent on company needs
" Occasional need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
What You Need for this Position Support for Microsoft related technologies
System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
Windows Servers (FSMO, DNS, DHCP, etc)
Active Directory
Azure
Intune
Azure AD
Virtualization
VMWare
Hyper-V
Firewall Implementation & troubleshooting
Knowledge & experience with complex networking environments
Focus on cyber security a plus
modern operating systems

A+, Net+, or Sec+ certifications, or equivalent experience
