Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Tubular Products - Decatur is seeking to fill the position of Division Administrator. The Division Administrator will be primarily responsible for all administrative tasks associated with the operation of the division as it relates to taking care of our internal and external customers. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: assisting with purchasing activities, invoicing, answer and properly route phone calls, act as a liaison between the operating division and the business office in Birmingham, direct any HR related questions to the NTP HR Department, work with vendors receiving, properly administer visitors access, manage location meetings, activities, organize/coordinate special events at the plant or outside of the plant, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will develop strong and trusting relationships with internal and external customers and will be the point of contact at the location for all administrative tasks.
