The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform in person House Calls in numerous states across the U.S.! Locations: AL, AR, CA, CO, DE, DC, GA, IL, IN, ME, MD, MA, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA & WI and more! VERY COMPETITIVE RATES PER ASSESSMENT MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19 - NEED VAX CARD ON FILE House Calls hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8am to 8pm. Weekend hours are completely fine. Client is flexible - part time hours available! Training, equipment and supplies provided by Client Position Summary: House Calls Nurse Practitioners conduct in-home health assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage members. Nurse Practitioner will complete visits on members within a geographic area of responsibility. The nature of the visit can vary and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or visiting more complex members more than once per year. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Must have 1 year experience working as a NP NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP, or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP license in state of assignment) active, unencumbered licensure free any open/unresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practice Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in their highest level of education, clinical setting preferred. Family, Geriatrics, or Adult certification required; Acute Care NP NOT PERMITTED Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology a plus.
