Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relationship Specialist to join our OEM Integration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery and tracking of integration projects between Stellantis Financial Services and Stellantis, N.A., LLC. The OEM Relationship Specialist will develop and maintain the integration roadmap while working closely with the project teams and stakeholders of both organizations to ensure that project goals are achieved. This role will also act as a point of contact to reach into the OEM organization and work with the OEM to identify appropriate contacts and maintain working relationships.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain integration roadmap between SFS and Stellantis
  • Facilitate and author intercompany data sharing statements of work
  • Track and archive intercompany data sharing statements of work
  • Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep workflow on track
  • Organize and Plan meetings for roadmap alignment
  • Communicate integration timeline changes and new information to leadership; track project changes, and adjust schedules as needed
  • Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
  • Strategize with project managers when needed
  • Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements
  • Provide support to teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
  • Aides in driving standardization and proactively recommends improvements
  • Other duties may be assigned, and responsibilities and activities may change

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience of project management/coordination
  • Education requirements and/or certifications
    • Bachelor s degree in business, communication, administration, project management, or related field
  • Skills required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to prepare and interpret reports, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Ability to produce quality work
  • Strong computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with project management software like Monday.com
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Travel % - less than 10% travel required.
  • Must live within a commutable distance in metro Detroit, MI

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience
    • Knowledge or exposure to Human Resources business practices.
  • Certification
    • PMP certification, or on track to complete would be desired.
