Our client is a full service marketing agency that is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their administrative team. As the Office Coordinator, you are the first to interact with all guests and clients when they visit our office. You will provide secure access, a warm greeting, and a positive first impression.

Duties include:

• Mange the front desk, greeting guests
• Assist with the processing of A/P and A/R
• Processing and coding invoices
• Assist with tasks for the President and team
• Corresponding with clients and communicating through email with updates
• Various office tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree highly recommended
• 1 plus years of corporate experience
• Ability to work automatously
• Strong Excel skills required
• Looking for a go-getter with strong organizational skills
