Description:
Our client is looking for a REMOTE, Contract-to-hire Analytics Consultant
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Messaging platform effectiveness and expansion analytics
- Conduct analyses on operational efficiencies, cost and experience and generate insights for the omnichannel leadership and strategy teams
- Become a trusted advisor in a new and highly visible omnichannel domain.
- At least 5 years' experience deriving data insights using SQL and creating basic joins in SQL
- 3-5 years experience using either Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization
- Experience deriving inquiries from unknown data
- Able to communicate with high level executives within the organization
- Big Data (spark, hive) experience
- Python
- NLP experience
- Chatbot
