Our client, a professional association, is currently seeking a temporary Recruiter to join their Alexandria office!
About You:
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
- 3+ years of professional experience and full cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships among internal staff and external constituents.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including proofreading and editing.
- Previous experience with Workday is required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
The Job:
- Manage full-life cycle recruitment process for Administrative, Marketing, and Accounting positions.
- Work alongside managers to develop and execute recruitment plans.
- Handle sourcing process and execute phone screens.
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This job will be fully onsite in Alexandria, VA.
