Join AstraZeneca's Oncology Business Unit as an Oncology Nurse Educator in the Northwest territory and help redefine the cancer-treatment paradigm. Our vision is to bring a broad pipeline of next-generation medicines focused on seven key tumor areas.

As an Oncology Nurse Educator, you will implement Nurse Education strategies and provide education to community and academic institutions, hospitals, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with oversight from the ONE East Nurse Director. You will be a part of a team that is transforming the lives of people living with cancer by leading in patient experience and care.

In this role, you will apply your clinical knowledge in discussions with customers about product and disease state content, educate nurses and other healthcare providers on adverse event profiles, answer customer-specific questions, speak at oncology nursing education events, and develop practical learning solutions aligned with AZ's strategies and goals. You will also demonstrate deep insight into customer needs, build credibility and trust during customer interactions, develop meaningful nurse education account plans, and contribute to cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- 4+ years Oncology nursing Active RN license in territory

- Ability to travel 80%

- Oncology Certified or acquire within one year of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

- MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)

- Experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator or sales professional in the pharmaceutical industry

- Adverse events & patient management expertise
- Effective educational presenter and discussion facilitator
