Auto Truck Group has an outstanding opportunity for an Operations Assistant.

What will you do?

·Supports the fabrication department scheduling and other tasks as needed.

·Closes installation, manufacturing, warranty, repair, and parts orders.

·Manages warranty help desk ticket system.

·Assists payroll by monitoring and entering employee piece rate information.

·Updates time records for employees.

·Processes all ship through units.

• Creates packets with BOL's and keys for outgoing units.
• Attends safety meetings and delivers training sessions
• Assist in coordinating PIE events

What are we looking for?

·Must be results driven with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment.

·Must possess basic computer skills.

·Able to think on your own and request assistance when needed.

·Must possess the ability to gain the knowledge and understanding of parts lists.

·Must be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, quality and performance.

·Must pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employment
