Job Description

We are looking for an Operation Support Analyst to provide detailed desk procedures as well as overall business processes to the Contract Manager as the Department transitions from the current accounting and cash management system, (FLAIR) to the implementation of a cloud-hosted, modern financial management solution. This position will be full-time and onsite.

What You'll Do

  • Documenting current business processes, including face to face, phone, email or video conferencing communications
  • Inventory, catalog and comprehensively document all existing roles, processes and procedures involved in the operation of the departments (Accounting, Budget, Disbursements, Finance, Revenue, and Reporting functions)
  • Ability to draft precise and exhaustive procedures

What You'll Need

Required:
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Experience drafting precise and exhaustive procedures
  • Experience with state finance/accounting
  • Diligent note taker with attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively

Preferred:
  • Experience using FLAIR and or PALM

Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
