We are growing and looking to bring on an employee with order processing / administrative support experience!

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage order processing and customer interaction.
  • Review pending orders throughout day to ensure prompt communication to get complete information.
  • Work in tandem with various teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure a seamless customer order process.
  • Verify invoicing and order information is up to date on our ecommerce platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2-5 years of B2B customer support/ order entry experience ; manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer support.
  • Preferred prior experience in order processing.
  • Demonstrated exceptional time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Pay range: $20/hr-$22/hr
  • Location: Bloomington
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, flexible!
  • Type: Direct Hire
