Slalom Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Principal Organizational & Talent Strategist to join our Organizational Effectiveness team. You would enjoy this role if you are passionate about partnering with clients to deliver transformational solutions with a focus on their people.

What You'll Do

• As part of the market leadership team organizational and talent solutions

• Build trusted relationship with client senior leaders and proactively

• Transform business and cultures through people-focused strategies

• Work with leaders to define new organizational structures, roles, workforce plans, and organizational frameworks to ensure delivery of their mission, vision, and strategy

• Conduct organizational assessments and align operating models, business process, organizational structures and talent

• Design and implement effective and efficient business processes in support of organizational design and new organizational capabilities

• Develop job and role descriptions, mapping talent to

a future state

• Create and deliver strategies to help clients navigate change

• As a senior leader in the market serve as a People Leader to other People Leaders and coach others as they grow their sales solutioning skills

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in providing professional services to clients, management consulting experience is an asset

• Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational design and talent strategy

• Demonstrated team leadership and flexibility, as well as passion for building rapport with clients, team members, and managers, and senior executives

• Forward-thinking influence coupled with strong experience driving strategic plans to execution, in partnership with cross-functional teams

• Passion for driving value to clients through consulting delivery by building solid stakeholder relationships with clients and others and aligning them to achieve client goals

• Expert-level proficiency in leading complete organization assessments and development of organizational and talent strategies that support future-state organizational capabilities

• Passion for coaching and mentoring colleagues

• Experience with business development and sales efforts
