Starting Pay: $20/ Per hour (includes shift differential)

2 Shifts available

2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm or 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday

The Pallet Sorter will be responsible for sorting and tracking pallets for the Inbound department.

Essential Duties:

• Sort through pallets in sorting area for inbound department shifts

• Remove cardboard and trash from sorting area

• Load stacks of pallets into trailers

• Track pallets being sold to third parties

• Document and maintain a log of pallet details

• Routinely use forklift to load, sort, and stack pallets

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -15 F to ambient temperature

• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.
