Reports to: Director/Senior Counsel

The Legal Affairs Department of TKC Holdings is seeking a paralegal and/or contract specialist to support its Legal Affairs team in contract, general corporate, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

Contract support

• Assist Director/Senior Counsel with bid-related responsibilities which includes reviewing government procurement documents (RFPs/RFQs/ITBs)
• Support of contract lifecycle management system
• Assisting with the preparation of contract related documents under the supervision and direction of the Director/Senior Counsel
• Proofreading, editing, and fact-checking legal documents for accuracy and consistency

Organizational/administrative responsibilities for legal documents including SOS registrations, Money Transmitter licenses, contracts, case log files

• Creating files, folders
• Scanning
• Copying
• Filing
• Indexing

General administrative responsibilities to support in-house counsel in Legal Affairs Department

Special projects as requested by in-house attorneys

All candidates will be kept highly confidential.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate's degree;
• At least 3 year's experience in a law firm, in house, or government setting working in the area of contract administration; and
• Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency and familiar with database applications in general.

Other Qualifications:

Must pass Background, Credit, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug checks
