Location address is 3200 College Park Drive, Conroe, TX 77384.Job Description PURPOSE AND SCOPE:The PT Coordinator II, Theater coordinates logistics, services, and support concerning the Theatre and during Theatre productions. Includes coordinating support functions and house activities to ensure smooth operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1.Oversees the theatre and recital hall front-of-house operations, including greeters, ushers and theatre technicians2.Manages and handles cash for the box office3.Handles inquiries and complaints from patrons4.Serves as liaison between the department and external rentals5.Ensures proper use of the facilities and compliance of all usage rules6.Assists visitors, faculty and staff as needed7.Assists in preparation of estimates for rentals8.Processes rental contracts including verifying payment, insurance and signed contracts9.Provides information and handles matters within the scope of knowledge and responsibility10.Assist with office duties; updating database, filing paperwork11.Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer relations skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsDemonstrated computer literacy with common office software, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, and databases PHYSICAL ABILITIES:The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work. WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:Equiptment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone and other general office equipmentInternal and external contacts as needed to carry out the functions of the positionWork is performed in a climate-controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazards REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Salary

Hourly Pay Rate is $18.93
