Meta's Business Partner program helps developers and businesses build products that make marketing easier and more effective. The Partner Solutions Manager will be part of a team responsible for driving the adoption of partner solutions across NA working closely with Meta top tier sales teams and Meta clients. The role will also identify and articulate opportunities for partner product innovation across key industry verticals and sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption among our largest advertisers. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives.

Partner Solutions Manager Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning
  • Develop Sales Enablement strategy
  • Partner with key sales and cross-functional partners to drive solution adoption
  • Create scalable adoption initiatives and programs
  • Drive executive-level communications including progress reporting and updates
  • Distill and surface market feedback to represent the requirements of the market internally


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years direct experience of scaled marketing, product adoption or equivalent
  • Proven experience of analyzing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level through to functional managers
  • Proven experience of working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Communication skills and experience influencing
  • Project management and quantitative/analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Entertainment, Media, Tech or Telco advertisers
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter. Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
  • Experience working remotely as part of a larger international team
  • Deep interest for Meta products, technology and online marketing, direct response or performance marketing
