Meta's Business Partner program helps developers and businesses build products that make marketing easier and more effective. The Partner Solutions Manager will be part of a team responsible for driving the adoption of partner solutions across North America (NA) working closely with the Meta's mid-market sales teams and Meta's clients. The role will also identify and articulate opportunities for partner product innovation across key industry verticals and sales channels. The Partner Solutions Manager represent the Business Partner program and the application of its solutions to key internal stakeholders throughout the mid-market (Global Business Group (GBG) scaled) sales organization covering vertical teams in North America and externally to advertisers.The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption among mid sized advertisers. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives.

Partner Solutions Manager, Global Business Group Scaled Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a strategic plan for partner solution adoption
  • Assign and track KPIs of solution adoption and performance across different industry verticals
  • Develop a sales enablement strategy to drive adoption through the sales teams channels via content, training and analytics
  • Partner closely with training resources to lead, design, and participate in training programs to further partner product knowledge within sales and drive adoption of partner solutions
  • Liaise with the Partner management teams in the US, EMEA and APAC to ensure the optimum mix and combination of partners are present and servicing markets to achieve and contribute significantly to sales/advertiser objectives
  • Work with the customer facing teams of international partners in NA for go-to-market strategies and optimum service delivery
  • Liaise with the Business Marketing team on building scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication including collateral development
  • Distill and surface market feedback to represent the requirements of the market internally
  • Work with sales leadership, account managers, business product marketing teams and advertisers to understand business needs and identify appropriate partner solutions


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years direct experience of scaled marketing, product adoption, or relevant experience
  • Experience of analyzing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level through to functional managers
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Project management and quantitative/analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter experience
  • Demonstrated experience communicating across both internal and external stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Facebook products, technology and online marketing (direct response or performance marketing)
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
  • Experience working as part of a larger international team
  • Experience in advertising or marketing technology
