Description:

• The role will focus on relationship management and project management needed to support 3rd party card program issuers and other prepaid strategic partnerships.
• The work is aimed at ensuring issuers and other strategic partners receive proper coordination and response to general oversight, change management, audit findings, and day-to-day issues arising from their oversight of card programs.

Listed below is a general overview of related responsibilities.

• Coordinate and host weekly meetings with issuers and other strategic partners to review and update on all action items, document notes and conduct follow up internally cross-functionally, working to ensure all items are addressed promptly
• Responsibility to maintain action logs specific to each relationship, ensuring information is kept up to date
• Represent issuer interests and obligations as a member of the project team on system enhancement work, working to obtain input/feedback and approvals from each issuer
• Provide education and subsequently obtain feedback/approvals from Issuers for process changes, procedures, updates, and CIT/issue remediation
• Generally, serves as primary point of contact to field inquiries from issuers and research/coordinate answers as needed
• Partner with prepaid marketing to coordinate updates and approvals to program collateral
• Issuer audit coordination, including during audit process and then following to draft/coordinate charter request coordinating all related platform work, draft Management Responses in conjunction with legal/platform/risk input, and drive procedural & training changes on processes managed by shared operational services
• Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly reporting and other information sharing obligations
