Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Supervisor and the Manager of Patient Financial Services, performs a variety of functions including, but not limited to, answering phone calls from patients, doctor's offices, or any Tower related facility. Account follow up with resolving problems, payments of credit cards, working in work queues, processing MyTower emails and call center emails,
Processing of Patient Financial Assistance applications, and special reports as assigned by Management. Represents Tower Health in a professional manner using excellent customer service practices in the performance of all duties.
This position is Full Time and located on site at Reading Hospital.

Summer CNA, Hospital- MedSurg Division - ICC, IPM, IPS, ONU or Nursing Resources (0.9 FTE Temporary)
