The HR Payroll Analyst is an integral member of the HR organization with a key role in the delivery ofhigh qualitycustomer service to business leaders, managers and employees, as well as the HR community.

Job Purpose:

Responsible fortheend to endprocessing ofUSmulti-company, multi-statepayrolls.Partnerwith HRServices,HRLeaders, and Centers of Excellence to design, develop and implement scalable processes and solutions that ensure an excellent customer experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurateand timelyprocessing of US weekly, biweekly and off cyclepayrolls, monthly Canadian payroll, and assist with the processing of Spain and France payroll.
  • Understand federal and state taxrequirementsand work within ADP Smart Compliance- Wage payments, Wage garnishments & Wisely Now
  • Pull inand finalizeKronos time keeping for US productionworkers, run payroll audits, and ensure compliancewithcollectivebargainingagreements
  • Supportallinternal and externalaudits and process payroll related GL account reconciliations
  • Focus on continuous improvement, ongoing innovations, best practices, andstandardization, Create / update payroll process and resourcedocuments, and test system enhancements and upgrades including regression testing ifneeded

Job Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+years ofPayroll/ Accounting experience required
  • FPC or CPP certificationpreferred
  • Workday, ADP Smart Compliance & Kronos experiencestronglypreferred
  • MS Office experience including Excel required
  • Organization, interpersonal, writing skills required
  • Attention to detail, high integrity and sound judgement required
  • Team player, continuous improvement focus and analytical skills
