We are a mobile sandblasting company based out of Tukwila looking for a Certified Payroll Specialist. Ideal candidate will have experience working with a construction company.

*Hybrid option available*.
What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for handling all payroll functions including payroll, garnishments, benefits, maintaining employee data, payroll questions from employees, reporting & other tasks necessary for monitoring/overseeing payroll processes.
What You Need for this Position - CPP (Certified Payroll Specialist)
- High school diploma required (Associates preferred)
- 2+ years experience in similar position with construction company
- Working knowledge of Excel, Quickbooks Enterprise, Raken, Asana, LCP Tracker, B2G Now, LNI Prevailing Wage Site, Textura, GC Pay, Procore, etc.
- Detail oriented
- Excellent computer & math skills
- Experience in Prevailing Wage & Union Wages
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Understanding of PLA's, CWA's & WA Prevailing Wage laws
- Understanding of liens and bonding for public works jobs preferred
