PC/Printer Break-Fix Technician
BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated PC/Printer Break-Fix Technician Job Opportunity for our client in Napoleon, OH 43550!
Summary:

• Position Title: PC/Printer Break-Fix Technician
• Location: Napoleon, OH 43550
• Anticipated start date: ASAP
• Expected Contract Duration: 4 month's contract

Job Description:

• Manages the onsite delivering of software services, installation and configuration for customer environments.
• Provides onsite support services, solving various end user issues on user computer systems, assisting with hands and eyes support as needed for other infrastructure related devices.
• Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
• Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Organizes own tasks and receives general instructions on all work.
• Education: Associates, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 to 4 years.
