Description:
Our client is currently seeking a full-time Pediatrician in the Killeen, TX area that might be of interest to you!

Duty hours are Monday - Sunday 6 am - 9 pm. Services are generally required Monday-Friday.

Holidays are required and will be assigned on a rotating basis.

No on-call duty required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited college approved by the Council of Medical Education and
• Hospitals of the American Medical Association or Doctor of Osteopathy from a college accredited by the American Osteopathic Association.
• Must have and maintain a current, active, valid, unrestricted license in one of the 50 states in the U.S., the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Must have successfully completed an internship and residency training in a US accredited Pediatrician Residency Program.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience within the last
• three (3) years as a staff Pediatric physician.
• The provider must be board certified and have a current certification by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• Have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification will be by the American Heart Association.
• Must have and maintain a current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
• Graduates of foreign medical schools are required to possess both a medical license and other certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or 5th Pathway.
