Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) are responsible for helping students become career ready. PCAs meet with students face-to-face/virtually by appointment for resume critiques, cover letter reviews and mock interviewing, along with other career ready topics.If you enjoy mentoring your peers with their career readiness, join our PCA team!

Other Requirements for the Position:

Job Duties:· Assist students with resume/cover letter building; interviewing questions/tips· Aid with departmental functions, such as career fairs, events, on-campus interviews, and job database maintenance· Assist students with appointment-making· Help visitors with questions· Adhere to all university policies and procedures· Attend trainings and meetings as required (Wednesday 4PM "Roundup")· Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and punctuality
