Performance Manager *Job Title:* Performance Manager (Client Success/Partner Manager)
*Location:* REMOTE/Continental U.S.
*Salary:* $50-$60K+ Base Salary (70% base/30% commission/bonus....OTE/Total Comp of $80-$85K)
*Requirements:* Client Success/CX/Performance management dealing with automotive dealers AND/OR Experience running Social Media Ads for clients (Having both would be a huge bonus)

If you have experience in Performance/Client Experience Management dealing with automotive dealerships AND/OR experience running Social Media Ads for clients. Having both is a huge bonus, but one or the other is required.
What You Will Be Doing As a Client Success/Experience Manager (Performance Manager), you will report to the Director of Customer Experience and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, and Ad Ops teams to aid in the creation of revenue growth. Primarily, you will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction and loyalty by managing the customer lifecycle and ensuring product performance meets their needs. You will also make sure the interactions they have with our cross-functional team members meet both our standards and those of the client's expectations. Taking a consultative and strategic approach, you will drive client retention and growth.
What You Need for this Position Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree
- Client Success/CX/Performance Management with auto dealers OR Running Paid Social/Facebook Ads, etc. for clients
- Having both of the above is EXCELLENT, but one of the two is required
- Client Retention and Growth
- HubSpot CRM or similar

Preferred:
- Digital Marketing, Advertising, AdTech, or similar knowledge
- Paid Social and Social Media Ads Management (Facebook/TikTok/Snapchat/Pinterest)
- BONUS: Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager or similar
- Google Suite, Zoom, Notion, Gong, Slack, Lattice, NinjaCat
- Digital Advertising Solutions and Strategies
- Google Analytics/AdWords, SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads
- Tier III Automotive Metrics
