ADP is hiring a Performance SEM Director Marketing

This role is reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, the Performance SEM Director will guide growth strategy across multiple SEM accounts. They will be responsible for balancing a dynamic, ever-changing industry with meeting quality lead growth and ROI goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, hands-on search marketer, an expert in direct response, and an effective team leader. Proven analytical skills and a desire to identify and solution for root causes is a must.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain roadmaps that speak to audiences, data infrastructure, technology partners, account maintenance standards, priority projects, restructures, and plans for testing into new initiatives.
  • Align data, optimization strategies, and reporting across all performance SEM accounts. Design processes and documentation to increase bandwidth and quickly onboard new resources.
  • Set SEM Managers up for success by overseeing and supporting all daily operations, including but not limited to pacing and performance optimizations.
  • Responsible for monthly media plan flighting. Responsible for developing and maintaining forecasts.
  • Own and grow relationships with external partners, including Google and Bing.
  • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional partners to share ideas and performance updates.
  • Deeply understand the ADP customer to build sophisticated journeys and audience strategies.
  • Oversee billing and invoicing operations. Lead remediation efforts when necessary.
  • Keep team updated on the latest industry changes and trends. Proactively anticipate upcoming changes and plan accordingly.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have at least 8 years of hands-on SEM experience.
  • Must have experience with 3rd party management and analytics platforms, such as SA360, Datorama, Google Analytics, Marin, Kenshoo, etc.
  • Must have experience managing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing, advertising, or related field.
