Summary:
Provides support of day-to-day maintenance of the various Pharmacy Information Systems, including but not limited to the Pharmacy Information system (Sunrise Pharmacy), Pyxis automated dispensing system, Talyst applications (medication carousel, auto packer, barcode labeling program), KBMA (bedside barcode administrator); supports the Pharmacy Informatics team as a resource for requests related to the previous mentioned systems for modifications, changes and additions.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy environment utilizing computers and computer software with the required work experience gained within the last five (5) years; or
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy environment utilizing computers and computer software with the required work experience gained within the last five (5) years; or
3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma. and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy environment utilizing computers and computer software with the required work experience gained within the last five (5) years.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
