About our Team

The team is made up of motivated sales professionals who sell our suite of specialty information solutions to hospitals and practice groups. We are technically savvy and utilize different digital and video platforms to deliver presentations. The products we sell aid radiologists and pathologists to provide the highest level of care. Utilizing evidenced-based diagnostic information, including best practices and ground-breaking research we make a difference for our customers and their patients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for prospecting & developing new business, managing relationships. You also will be assisting with existing Elsevier contract renewals in our existing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Initiating and answering inbound and/or outbound sales contact directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers

• Accepting orders, closes sales, maintains customer records and completes required documentation

• Identifying and qualifying prospective customers

• Managing products/services or territories/accounts that have moderate complexity

• Recording sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking system

Requirements

• Ability to communicate and effectively work with external stakeholders

• Ability to manage a large territory working a volume of accounts

• Capability to effectively connect with new stakeholders and secure an appointment

• Experience in the healthcare space or working with physicians or other healthcare professionals

• Desire and interest to work in a niche market of Radiology & Pathology

• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems/platforms
