The Planner is responsible for developing and executing production plans and forecasted demands for raw materials and finished goods. The Planner will collaborate with various business areas to determine capacities, stocking levels and production plans. The Planner is responsible for maintaining adequate stocking levels through production schedules and collaborating with manufacturing facilities and outside suppliers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Thorough understanding of relevant manufacturing capabilities/constraints within assigned product lines and facilities
• Issuance of forward forecasted production demands for upstream and downstream planning and purchasing
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes
• Review and recommend capacity of by-product category
• Review of product specifications, features/benefits, and changes in regard to the manufacturing process/Bill of Materials (BoM) components
• Responsible for completing product setup and routing information
• Factory visits to continuously develop relationships with plant personnel management to encourage collaboration

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2 years planning and/or supply chain experience preferred
• Current or previous experience working as a buyer or planner preferred
• Advanced Excel experience required
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
