Our hard-working team is in need of a Plant Supervisor-Production/Cooler at our O'Fallon, IL facility. Ideal candidate will have a positive, "can-do" attitude and 3+ years of relevant supervisory experience.
The preferred candidate will be people-oriented and forward thinking, with excellent time management and oral and written communication skills.

*Schedule is likely a night shift. Candidates must be willing and able to work a 5 day/week, night shift schedule with some weekend hours. Average of 50 hours/week.
SUMMARY
To provide leadership and direction to subordinate employees assuring compliance with Company procedures and policies. Directs employees to manufacture products in accordance with food safety regulations and policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises production subordinate employees in the production department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies, OSHA regulations and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing product and employee complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
