Summary
Reporting and analytics is critical to insurance operations. As MMA grows, the need has increased. This role will facilitate onboarding new colleagues to the MMA Analytics tools and setup access to new tools for existing colleagues.
The Platform administrator is expected to be detail oriented and able to multi-task. Quick to learn complex concepts and understand how individual tasks fit into the larger picture. Communicating clearly and promptly with colleagues across MMA. This position will be part of the MMA Corporate team and be 100% work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside another Platform Administrator to manage a ticket queue
  
• Follow change management processes for compliance requirements
  
• Setup access for new colleagues
  
• Add access for existing colleagues
  
• Troubleshoot issues
  
• Research, identify and document solutions to software issues
  
• Work with development teams when escalation is required
  
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision
  
• Ability to adapt to increased responsibilities
  
• Participate in team meetings and offer suggestions for process improvement
  

Role Requirements and Personal Qualities

• Strong knowledge of general application administration or strong use in the insurance agency industry (2+ years of insurance industry experience is preferred)
  
• Some help desk experience is desired
  
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication
  
• Must have analytical skills, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
  
• Must be self-directed, accurate and detail oriented
  
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
  
• Understanding of Active Directory and data security a plus
  
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with users, agency management, regional management, agency team leads and peer
