This role supports driving demand and engagement with customers for the Aerospace Defense and Government (ADG) Business Unit across AMER Region. Primary functions include ensuring the development and execution of demand to meet financial targets; providing direction to maximize events both virtual and in person; and working with sales to convert demand created by global marketing programs.

Requirements for the role include a strong affinity for customers and sales, experience in account based marketing, ability to engage and lead cross functional teams, with a background in Aerospace Defense industries a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Working with global brand, demand, content and web teams to develop and execute marketing that delivers engaged customers to sales

  • Supporting execution of omnichannel plays, events, PR and other activities that need vertical customer insight and leadership

  • Staying ahead of local market and competitive trends to inform global marketing strategy


    • Success Metrics

  • Marketing sourced revenue for the ADG Business Unit

  • New and engaged existing customers for growth areas in Aerospace, Defense and Government

  • Cross functional leadership and collaboration to achieve business goals


    • Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (electrical engineering, electronics, radioengineering) is required

  • 5-8 years of marketing and sales experience

  • Account based marketing experience

  • Experience in data, marketing analytics

  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry preferred

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English

  • Ability to create customer focus practices and assure customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrating inclusive behavior in building relationships and understanding the value of Diversity

  • Availability to travel 25% of the time
