Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing:

HR Business Partner driving the people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, team effectiveness and change management for some of CoreLogic's operational teams. The HR Business partner will be accountable for functional areas as well as relevant projects to enhance the employee experience in the Enterprise Operations Group.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic HR Business Partner expertise to approximately 600 employees in the Enterprise Operations Group (EOG).
  • Partners with the leaders to build an industry leading operational capability through both internal development and targeted external recruitment.
  • Leads the continued evolution of the talent strategy to ensure highly differentiated focus on this critical capability and workforce.
  • Develop domain knowledge of CoreLogic businesses to include an understanding of short-term objectives & long-term strategies for the organization.
  • Translates business strategy and organizational needs into contemporary organizational performance solutions including organizational design, talent management, and culture change.
  • Translates the business priorities of their leaders into relevant HR strategies and monitors the effectiveness of organization performance programs through the use of metrics and analytics in a way that brings value to the business.
  • Works with COE's to monitor external environment (e.g., job market, technology, demographic development) and define future workforce requirements as well as identifying and articulating the HR needs of the business to the COE's and deploys their programs and processes in ways that bring value to the business.
  • Analyzes key data and trends to drive organizational effectiveness and the development of a workforce plan aligned with business strategy and objectives.
  • Drives succession planning, diversity aspirational goal achievement and talent retention efforts pipelining, as necessary, for external talent. Takes a leadership role in creating a respectful & inclusive work environment while role-modeling the CoreLogic's values and fostering cultural diversity.

Job Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree, Advanced Degree preferred, and 10+ years of HR relevant business experience; 3+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, working in a large company with an HR COE model.
  • Proven success in working effectively at Executive / VP levels to impact and influence decision-making
  • Proven application in leveraging business acumen and external insights to improve business and talent outcomes
  • Knowledge of external trends and factors that influence human behaviors and decision-making at the individual, group, and organizational level
  • Experience in the use of metrics and analytics in a way that drives business performance
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative leadership style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the enterprise to drive required results.

  • Demonstrated experience in applying workforce planning knowledge, engagement strategies, and succession management
  • Proven application in leveraging business acumen and external insights to improve business and talent outcomes

  • Proven experience in working effectively within a matrixed environment and building alignment in a cross functional and team environment
  • Role is highly remote, but must be available to come in the office at least once weekly and travel as needed (up to 3 times per year).

Annual Pay Range:
100,300 - 160,000 USD
