Description:

• The Producer, Marketing & Creative Operations will own & oversee calendar booking associated with all Marketing & Creative milestones as pitched on the seasonal and by-launch Operating Model.
• This entails an understanding and awareness of the total brand Operating Model, as well as how calendar shifts impact cross-functional/downstream work.
• The role will be closely connected to the executive assistants supporting the team leads and the working teams to ensure milestone shifts are managed and meetings occur as planned.
• The Producer will also support process build, development and oversight for channel processes (site, email, social, etc.) supporting the seasonal and by-launch work as needed.
• This entails embedding in the workflow, documenting current state, meeting with teams to identify pain points and making recommendations for a future state process.
